Refund policy
Our Return Policy
We want you to be confident in every Taper purchase. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What We Accept
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and limited-edition drop pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at weartaper.ae@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we are happy to exchange your item subject to availability. Since we operate on limited drops, not all sizes may be available for exchange. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
