What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@taper.ae within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. Join our email list to be the first to know about drops and exclusive offers. Discount codes can be applied at checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Within the UAE: 2–5 business days. GCC countries: 5–10 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all UAE orders above 300 AED. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below that threshold and for international orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@taper.ae with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for training tops and sizing true for bottoms. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help.
What fabrics do you use?
Taper garments are built for performance — sweat-wicking, fast-drying, and engineered to move with your body. Specific fabric composition and technical details are listed on each product page.
Are the products true to size?
Yes, our sizing follows standard athletic fit guidelines. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the best fit.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Taper operates on a limited drop model. When a product sells out, it typically does not restock. Join our email list to get early access to new drops.

Taper is based in the UAE, built specifically for athletes who train and compete in this region and beyond.
What does "Taper" mean?
Tapering is the deliberate reduction of training volume before a race — the phase where everything becomes intentional. It's the mindset we build into every product: remove what doesn't help, keep what does.
